Job Overview:
- Develop and maintain clear, practical learning materials and communication resources to support system adoption, training initiatives, and business processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, system leads, and business stakeholders to ensure training and communication materials accurately reflect system functionality, regulatory requirements, and user responsibilities.
- Identify gaps in user knowledge, performance, and process consistency through feedback analysis, observations, and reporting data.
- Design and support formal virtual training sessions, including course outlines, presentations, exercises, and supporting materials.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of virtual training sessions and post-training follow-up activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by updating training and communication materials based on feedback, evolving business needs, and system enhancements.
- Organize and manage training repositories to ensure materials remain current, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Support alignment of training materials and communication strategies with organizational standards and business objectives.
- Contribute to change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, job aids, guides, and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of training content.
- Identify training gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- Design and support virtual training sessions and workshops.
- Assist with facilitation and participant support activities.
- Maintain and organize training repositories and documentation.
- Update learning materials based on user feedback and system changes.
- Support communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Document business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience creating user training materials, technical documentation, and platform support resources.
- 5 years of experience delivering training sessions using web-based collaboration tools.
- 5 years of experience managing multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines simultaneously.
- 3 years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations across multiple organizational levels.
- 3 years of experience developing training materials, computer-based learning modules, or training videos.
- 3 years of experience supporting change management deliverables and communication strategies.
- 3 years of experience documenting business processes, workflows, and user requirements.
- 3 years of experience fostering effective relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience using feedback analytics to improve training materials.
Skills:
