Job Overview:
- The Project Manager will manage all tasks and activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop project charters and work plans while tracking progress through appropriate metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute project management artifacts including risk assessments, project charters, RACI matrices, communication plans, project schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Manage projects within established procurement and project governance processes.
- Provide requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation support as needed.
- Ensure projects are implemented according to operational and financial requirements.
- Create and implement communication plans to support project execution.
- Ensure stakeholders and staff are informed of deadlines, deliverables, and project updates.
- Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues while removing barriers to project success.
- Perform financial and administrative functions to support successful project execution.
- Prepare budget plans and allocation strategies in coordination with finance and planning teams.
- Provide detailed status and expenditure reports to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate conference calls, planning sessions, status meetings, and maintain meeting documentation.
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders and communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional project management duties as assigned.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Strong project scope, schedule, and budget management experience.
- Experience developing project management documentation and artifacts.
- Ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing project status and financial reports.
