Profisee MDM Engineer

Diverse Lynx is a company focused on providing staffing solutions, and they are seeking a Profisee MDM Engineer to lead data governance and stewardship activities. The role involves architecting MDM solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to align data management with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity
• Oversee data stewardship activities, including issue intake, root cause analysis, and remediation
• Architect end-to-end MDM solutions, including match/merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management
• Mentor and lead data analysts, stewards, and developers
• Partner with IT and business units to align data management with business objectives
• Manage MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP, Oracle) and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Experience Required - 6+ Years
• Data Governance experience with Profisee MDM platform
