Brooksource is a company seeking a Project Manager for their Healthcare/Enrollment division. The role involves managing the implementation of the Enrollment Portfolio, ensuring project execution, coordination, and delivery while maintaining alignment with the Customer's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation of the Enrollment Portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for project execution, coordination, and delivery
- Manage a multi-vendor environment while ensuring seamless integration of disparate systems, identifying capability gaps, and maintaining alignment with the Customer's strategic objectives
- Facilitate all project management activities, from planning through execution, while maintaining clear communication channels across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare insurance or related industry
- Proven track record managing large-scale system implementations with multiple vendors
- Proficiency in JIRA for backlog management and sprint tracking
- Experience with agile methodologies and ceremonies (PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Knowledge of enrollment and eligibility processes in Commercial and Medicare lines of business
- Understanding of system integration patterns and data flow management
- Strong cross-functional team leadership with ability to coordinate across multiple portfolios
- Experience managing project governance structures and escalation processes
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans
- Skill in facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting
- Experience developing and maintaining RAID logs, status reports, and project dashboards
- Ability to create clear documentation for processes, decisions, and action items
- Skill in presenting to diverse audiences from technical teams to executive leadership
- Deep understanding of enrollment processes including pre-enrollment, member maintenance, COB, and ID card management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare enrollment
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including SIT and UAT coordination
- Experience with migration planning and wave-based implementation approaches
- Experience with Facets or similar core administration systems
