- Design and develop AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, decision-making, and execution across the entire GTM motion
- Rapidly prototype new ideas using AI-assisted development, validate impact, and evolve successful solutions into production-grade systems
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes across the GTM lifecycle and replace them with automated, reliable systems
- Build and maintain integrations across core GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to ensure consistent and accurate data flow
- Own the quality, scalability, and maintainability of the systems you build, balancing speed of execution with long-term reliability
- Partner directly with GTM and company leadership to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact initiatives

- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards for reliability, scalability, and code quality
- Strong understanding of version control and CI/CD practices, including Git workflows, branching strategies, and automated testing and deployment pipelines such as GitHub Actions
- Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, or BI platforms in a production environment
- Experience building browser extensions or developer productivity tools
- Active contributions to open-source AI tooling or developer communities
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes for packaging and deployment
