Sr. Product Manager

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across retail supply chain, inventory management, planning, and business transformation domains. This role will partner with cross-functional product, business, and technology teams to drive cohesive delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives aligned with key business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners across Allocations, Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain to align product initiatives
• Drive a coherent approach across business processes, product functionality, and change management efforts
• Identify process gaps, risks, and delivery challenges, and drive accountability for resolution
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to ensure successful execution
• Support enterprise product delivery in an Agile / SAFe environment using Jira and Confluence
• Analyze data and business impacts to proactively mitigate program derailers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management leading complex cross-product or cross-platform initiatives
• Hands-on experience in Inventory Management, Retail Supply Chain, Planning, or Allocations
• Strong experience driving business transformation and enterprise change initiatives
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to perform data analysis and work effectively in complex enterprise environments
