Business Systems Analyst (M&A)

The Judge Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions. The role involves identifying business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between various teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the program
• Collaborate with technical lead stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into business and technical/system requirements
• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, and the project/program manager
• Collaborate with architects & tech. teams on design solutions that meet business needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on large scale M&A projects
• Heavy application development project experience
• Previous insurance industry experience a big plus
