About this role
eTeam is seeking an experienced AVEVA MES Support & Implementation Engineer to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise Manufacturing Execution System solutions built on AVEVA platforms. The role involves hands-on configuration, business process alignment, and production support across manufacturing operations, quality, and performance management domains.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy AVEVA MES / MOM solutions, including:
- Production execution & work order management
- Quality management & genealogy
- Performance & OEE
- Electronic work instructions / Work Tasks
- Translate business and shop floor requirements into MES functional and technical designs aligned with ISA 95
- Configure MES objects, workflows, transactions, and interfaces to support end to end manufacturing processes
- Provide L2/L3 MES application support in production environments
- Diagnose and resolve MES incidents impacting manufacturing operations, quality, or compliance
- Participate in on call rotations and critical production issue resolution
- Support change, incident, and problem management using ITIL aligned processes and tools
- Develop and maintain:
- Configuration specifications
- Test plans, validation scripts, and execution reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (5)
- AVEVA MES / MOM platform experience (5)
- Manufacturing process knowledge (production, quality, genealogy, performance) (4)
- Strong understanding of ISA 95 / MES architecture (4)
- SQL Server (queries, troubleshooting, data validation) (4)
- Windows Server and industrial application environments (3)
- Life Science, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing environments (3)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live manufacturing environments (3)
- Ability to communicate effectively with shop floor, IT, and leadership stakeholders (3)
- Customer oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability (3)
- Comfortable working across time zones and global teams (3)
- AVEVA platform certifications strongly preferred (4)
- AVEVA Work Tasks, Operations, or Quality modules (3)
- AVEVA System Platform / InTouch / OMI exposure (3)
- OSIsoft PI / AVEVA Historian integration (3)
- MES integration with ERP (3)
- OPC / OPC UA and industrial data integration concepts (3)
