Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the execution of a large international U.S. Government contract. This role involves providing programmatic and project support, including logistics, reporting, and document control.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM) and Task Order Managers (TOMs) for work activities directly associated with the execution of program and project activities
- Providing reporting input to the PM, DPM and TOMs for status reports and ad hoc program management reports and customer-directed taskings
- Communicating applicable issues and concerns to the PM, DPM, and TOMs for resolution
- Facilitating and executing all program reporting mechanisms
- Developing and inputting all travel specific information including trip requests, foreign travel country clearance requests, letter of invitation requests, post-trip reports, etc
- Assisting with the tracking and quality control of prime contract and task order deliverables
- Preparing purchase requisition requests and managing their successful routing and approval; tracking POs and interfacing with vendors
- Reviewing and quality control assurance for all client invoicing
- Responsible for input, maintenance and quality of all program/contract property records into Parsons property management system in accordance with US Government property management and Parsons policies and procedures
- Preparing subcontractor and vendor Statements of Work
- Managing SharePoint and performing document control activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree related to function; 4 additional years of experience can substitute for a degree
- 5+ years of related professional experience preferably in supporting US federal contracts, to include experience in foreign travel, property management, invoice review, and deliverables tracking
- Ability to establish, build and maintain working relationships with various teams, subcontractors, clients and all levels of Parsons management
- Possess proficient computer skills to facilitate completion of the position description described above (e.g., MS Office, Deltek Costpoint)
- Ability to operate autonomously and meet contract deadlines with minimal oversight
- Must be a US Citizen located in the continental US
- Experience supporting Federal Contracts strongly preferred
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks within time constraints
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing across a variety of audiences
- Possess analytical skills – ability to collect and research data and issues and demonstrate attention to detail
