About this role
Abtrace is solving complex problems in healthcare and is at an inflection point. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts and enhance product quality, working closely with product and engineering teams to improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, shaping problems and creating clarity
- Stay close to reality by observing clinicians and working closely with onboarding and support teams
- Push beyond obvious solutions while respecting constraints
- Raise the quality and coherence of the product through strong craft and polish
- Help establish the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale
