Software Engineer (AI-Native Platform & Integrations) | Remote

CodeGeniusRecruit is seeking a Software Engineer to build and deliver an AI-native platform and manage integrations with external tools. The role involves developing real-time analytics dashboards, establishing engineering best practices, and supporting pilot launches with debugging and feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver an AI-native platform including workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations
• Develop and manage integrations with external tools including connectors, event ingestion, syncing, and actions
• Create real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-down capabilities, and data exports
• Design and implement agentic integration architecture with tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability
• Ship production-ready features across backend and frontend systems
• Establish engineering best practices including testing, observability, and system reliability
• Support pilot launches with hands-on debugging, iteration, and real-user feedback

Requirements:

• Strong experience in end-to-end software engineering and product delivery
• Strong experience in building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production systems
• Strong experience in integrations including OAuth2, webhooks, API handling, and data synchronization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and real-time analytics systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and tool-based integrations is a plus
