Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst (Advanced)
Location: Columbia, SC (100% Onsite)

We are seeking a Lead-level Quality Assurance Analyst to join a large-scale Systems Integration team. This role is perfect for a testing specialist who thrives on complex projects, particularly within healthcare enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing systems.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Testing: Lead Smoke, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and policy documentation.
- Automation: Design and support user interface and regression testing using modern frameworks.
- Governance: Ensure all projects adhere to software testing best practices and industry standards (CMMI/TMMI).
- Collaboration: Work alongside architects and engineers to identify security flaws, defects, and performance optimizations.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- QA/QC Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Requirement Translation: 5+ years of experience turning business policy into actionable test cases.
- Automation Tools: 3+ years of experience with Sahi Pro or Selenium frameworks.
- Test Design: Hands-on experience with Equivalence Class Partitioning, Pairwise Analysis, and tools like PICT.
- Process Knowledge: Working knowledge of at least one process area (TMMI, CMMI, PPQA, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Medicaid/Healthcare: 3+ years of healthcare experience (knowledge of X.12 Standards and HIPAA EDI is a huge plus).
- Enterprise Systems: Experience with large e-business or government enterprise systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Methodologies: Strong background in both Waterfall and Agile delivery.
General Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, or Healthcare field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Superb written and verbal English skills.
- Location Note: Candidates MUST be current South Carolina residents or willing to relocate to Columbia, SC, at their own expense prior to starting.
