Business Analyst

Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Level 4)

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid 4 Days On-site)

Interview Mode: In-Person Required (No Exceptions)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Richmond. This role focuses on the full SDLC, from project initiation and complex requirements elicitation to system testing for web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Leadership: Conduct elicitation sessions to produce clear, SDLC-compliant Requirements Definition documents.
• Process Mapping: Define and document complex business processes, mapping them into new system architectures.
• Agile Collaboration: Represent business needs during Scrum meetings and work closely with .Net development teams.
• Quality Assurance: Write and execute manual test plans, document bugs, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
• Documentation: Ensure all project artifacts meet high agency standards for clarity and repeatability.

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Business & Systems Analysis and the full SDLC.
• Agile Expertise: Extensive experience in Scrum environments and agile application development.
• Testing Pro: Strong background in manual testing for web applications and identifying software insufficiencies.
• Communication Expert: Ability to translate complex requirements between business stakeholders and technical developers.
• Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and .Net environments is highly desired.

Important Requirements

• Location: Candidates must currently reside in Virginia (preferably the Greater Richmond area).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule requiring 4 days per week on-site at the Richmond office.
• Residency: Must physically reside within the United States (No offshore contractors allowed).
• Interview: You must be available to attend an in-person interview in Richmond if selected.
