Job Title: QA Lead (Python + Playwright + AI)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in automation testing, test strategy, and team leadership.

Required Skills:
Years of experience QA/testing experience
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python
Expertise in End-to-End (E2E) testing
Experience in Test Strategy and Test Planning
Proven experience leading and managing QA teams
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and QA best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI/ML-based testing solutions is a plus
Agile/Scrum environment experience preferred

Responsibilities:
Lead QA activities across multiple projects
Design and implement automation testing strategies using Playwright and Python
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
Manage and mentor QA team members
Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure product quality
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation practices
