Job Overview:
- Seeking an innovative ML/AI Systems Design Engineer to drive machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives focused on system validation, optimization, and technical innovation.
- The ideal candidate will design and implement AI/ML solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the integration of intelligent systems into enterprise applications and workflows.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in system design, development, and validation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to AI/ML systems.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling techniques, and feature engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing activities.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
Experience:
- Experience with AI/ML tools, libraries, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Experience with prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector store indexing strategies, and evaluation of agentic workflows.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating machine learning model performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and technical teams.
- Experience documenting AI/ML models, processes, and algorithms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical innovation across AI/ML capabilities and validation methodologies.
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex technical problems.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
- Document AI/ML processes, algorithms, and system designs for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications and workflows.
- Support enhancement of validation methodologies, technical procedures, and optimization strategies.
