
Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Reports Data Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops standard, custom and ad hoc reports using data base query tools.
- Runs daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Identifies and documents necessary changes to reporting system.
- Supports departmental database needs, including maintaining and updating databases in a variety of applications (i.e. SQL, access). Must have strong EXCEL and Microsoft program knowledge including PP, Word and knowledge with Adobe pdf. SAS knowledge is also a plus because much of our reporting is loaded in SAS.
- Resolves data issues (i.e., chart inventory, etc.) by researching problems.
- Generates and updates analytical reports with spreadsheets and databases.
- Reconciles data obtained through multiple sources.
- Supports projects that involve reports, applications, project documentations and quality reviews.
- May interfaces with customers to gather information about project objectives. Communicates progress on active projects.
- Performs as a departmental resource for the training and use of various database systems and applications.
- All other duties assigned and requested by team.
