Job Description/ Responsibilities

HCM Technical Architecture & Design
Technical architecture for Oracle Cloud HCM & Timekeeping implementations and enhancements.
Define technical design standards, patterns, and best practices across HCM modules.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Lead architecture and technical strategy review sessions with clients and internal teams.
Integrations & Data Management
Design and oversee HCM integrations using:
o HDL (HCM Data Loader)
o HCM Extracts
o BI Publisher (BIP)
o REST / SOAP APIs
o ATOM feeds and middleware integrations
Coordinate with downstream and third party interface teams to ensure data consistency and reliability.

Reporting & Analytics
Architect and govern Oracle HCM Reporting solutions, using BI Publisher (BIP)
Ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy across reporting solutions
