Key Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Regression, Exploratory, Smoke, and End-to-End testing for iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Validate core mobile workflows including login/OTP, checkout, payments, push notifications, and order management.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to clarify requirements and identify edge cases.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
- Execute testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and network conditions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activities.
Required Skills
- 8 10 years of QA experience with strong focus on Manual and Mobile Functional Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing native/hybrid mobile apps on iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with:
- Functional & Regression Testing
- Mobile App Testing
- Defect Management
- Test Documentation
- Proficient with Jira or similar tools.
- Experience using BrowserStack for device testing.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in E-Commerce domain.
- Exposure to API testing using Postman.
- Knowledge of mobile accessibility testing is a plus.
