Experience
7 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management within a large-scale, enterprise software
environment
Proven ability to lead multi-year, high-impact programs across multiple organizational boundaries
Technical Acumen
Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and the complexities of building and
operating global, highly available systems
Strong grounding in software development principles and the full SDLC
Strategic & Leadership Attributes
Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad business and technical objectives into
executable program plans
High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build
alignment at senior levels
Persistence, resilience, and accountability in driving outcomes across complex organizational landscapes
Agile & Execution Excellence
Proven success implementing, scaling, and optimizing agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
at team and organizational levels
Communication & Influence
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence senior technical and non-technical leaders (Director, VP, and Senior Staff levels) without
formal authority
