Job Title: GenAI Architect
Location: McLean, VA (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 6 Months
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
Education: Master’s in Computer Science (preferred/required as per role)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, define solution architecture, and drive innovation across Generative AI programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, cloud-native AI deployments, and responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise AI/GenAI programs
- Define and drive the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap across business units
- Establish AI standards, frameworks, and governance guidelines for enterprise adoption
- Architect and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks
- Design and integrate vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) with scalable architecture
- Implement Responsible AI practices, including governance, safety, and compliance strategies
- Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain framework
- Develop and integrate custom tools / MCPs (Model Context Protocols or equivalent agent tools)
- Write production-grade Python code for AI systems and agent workflows
- Continuously innovate and explore emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and architectures
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 8–10 years of experience in AI / ML / GenAI solutions
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI product/tool ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks
- Experience building AI agents and tool-augmented systems
- Strong knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with cloud AI deployments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Ability to design scalable AI architectures from scratch
- Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and governance
Nice to Have:
- Experience building enterprise-grade GenAI platforms
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and multi-agent systems
- Exposure to LLM orchestration tools and prompt engineering frameworks
