Key Highlights
- 8-10+ years experience leading design, development, and delivery of scalable Java applications
- Must have: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) preferred
- Long-term W2 contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, training, and delivery of high-quality, scalable Java-based complex applications
- Develop RESTful services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Security
- Work with SQL databases and build using Gradle
- Utilize AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, DMS, Lambda, Cognito, VPC, IAM, SQS, and SNS
- Guide engineering teams toward successful project outcomes with strong leadership
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of Java development experience (Java 8+ required)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, and Spring Security
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Gradle build tool
- Hands-on AWS experience with services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda preferred
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor engineering teams
- W2 candidates only (No C2C)
- Local to Charlotte, NC area
