Requirements

12 or more years of experience in business intelligence architecture and enterprise reporting design.
Proficiency in Power BI data modeling, DAX query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical commercial datasets including sales and HCP metrics.
Experience in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS for reporting backends.
Experience with coordinating offshore delivery teams and managing multi-regional technical workflows.
Experience in establishing Power BI governance frameworks, workspace structures, and deployment standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural assessment and performance optimization of enterprise reporting environments.
Design scalable Power BI solutions and complex data models tailored for commercial analytics.
Oversee offshore development teams through task management, code reviews, and delivery oversight.
Troubleshoot and refactor existing reporting architectures to improve system scalability and usability.
Partner with business stakeholders to align advanced reporting strategies with commercial objectives.
Implement best practices for Power BI workspace management and automated deployment processes.
Execute rigorous validation and testing of reporting solutions to ensure platform data integrity.
