The Judge Group is seeking a Senior UX UI Product Designer to support the design and delivery of B2B sales experiences. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective design solutions that enhance sales conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end design execution for sales B2B experiences, from concept through delivery
- Contribute to and share a clear strategic vision, proactively advancing work with minimal supervision
- Translate user, client, and business needs into effective design solutions that support sales conversations
- Define, maintain, and enforce UX standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, usability, accessibility compliance, and polished, sales‑ready storytelling
- Partner closely with Product to create and maintain a sales experience roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate cross‑functional execution across UX, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver on‑time, aligned demo outcomes
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to understand client‑specific needs and meeting objectives, adapting or creating tailored experiences as needed
- Create, maintain, and manage design assets, including Figma screens and prototypes, with strong ownership of version control
- Establish processes to bring clarity and structure to fast‑moving, ambiguous work
- Document workflows and design processes to enable scalability and repeatability
- Delegate tasks effectively to other designers or team members as appropriate
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Communicate design decisions and progress clearly, balancing strategic perspective with execution detail
Requirements:
- Strong strategic design capability with proven end‑to‑end UX execution
- Deep expertise in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems
- Experience creating and maintaining product or experience roadmaps in partnership with Product teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly build business acumen and understand complex domains
- Experience translating user needs into clear, impactful design outcomes
- Experience designing sales enablement tools or B2B client‑facing experiences
- Experience defining scalable UX standards and governance models
