ICONMA is a Consumer Products and Software Services company, and they are seeking a Privacy Compliance Engineer (Contractor) for their Remote location. The role involves collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and developing new privacy policies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to interpret and apply privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Support the development of new privacy policies and implement associated processes and procedures
- Assess ASE infrastructure and applications for compliance with evolving privacy requirements
- Identify compliance gaps and develop remediation plans
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical implementation plans
- Partner with engineering teams to support execution and ensure alignment with privacy standards
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering
- Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations
- Experience with compliance assessments, audits, and risk evaluations
- Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and compliance documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Data Privacy, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities
