Milliman is a respected consultancy that develops and deploys innovative SaaS products for clients in insurance, health IT, and life sciences. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline by developing client relationships and uncovering potential leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account profiles and business opportunities through outbound activity
- Build client relationships through research, regular calls and emails, setting sales appointments / meetings, and attending conferences
- Qualify leads, map out all possible contacts in a market or company
- Conduct outbound opportunity development as part of marketing campaigns
- Add and maintain information in Salesforce
- Achieve (and exceed) monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Become an expert on the entire Milliman IntelliScript suite of product solutions, as well as industry trends, and competitive dynamics
- Engage with other Milliman IntelliScript business units such as marketing, IT, operations and legal
Requirements:
- Completed Internship in related field
- Completed bachelor's degree in business
- Solid skills in all MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and company events
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Teams
- 1 year of relevant work experience
