Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging, SCORM-compliant learning solutions for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and audience assessments
- Design and develop 508-compliant training materials, storyboards, job aids, and eLearning content
- Create ILT, VILT, microlearning, webinars, and SCORM-compliant courses
- Develop assessments, simulations, and learner evaluations
- Collaborate with SMEs and leadership teams on curriculum development
- Track project timelines and maintain training documentation
Required Skills
- 3 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia
- Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant course development
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles, and Kirkpatrick methods
- Experience creating multimedia and interactive learning content
- Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Workday ERP training implementation experience
- Experience with 508 compliance and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of gamification and Adobe Creative Suite tools
