Beacon Hill is a premier National Information Technology Staffing Group, and they are seeking a Social Media Digital Marketing Contractor to support their client in the biopharmaceutical space. The role focuses on executing digital marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving engagement through social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), including willingness to monitor and act as needed 7 days a week
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video, etc.)
- Monitor trends and proactively recommend new content ideas and platform strategies
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages as required by FDA rules
- Execute paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, patient advocacy, corporate communications) to ensure brand consistency
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data insights and performance trends
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid and organic social media management
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite (required), Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker)
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in healthcare media and understanding of managing social media in a regulated industry
- MLR review process (Veeva Vault)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing channels (paid search, SEM, CRM)
