Senior Project Management Analyst

Humana is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to strategically identify, develop, and implement programs that improve quality metrics for providers and members. The role involves developing value-based relationships and supporting strategic and analytical thinking within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships
• Partner with leaders regarding implementation planning
• Review and communicate results of programs
• Make recommendations based on reporting and measure performance
• Support key functions with strategic and analytical thinking
• Experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• Live in the Miami, FL area
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of experience in a Medicare Advantage Organization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -Word, Excel-pivot tables, formulas, charts, PowerPoint)
• Campaign management experience
• Registered Nurse
• Microsoft Access
• CMS Stars Program experience
• Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
• Strong analytical skills
