AI Transformation Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, focusing on managing AI use cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and automation use cases aligned with business objectives
• Partner with functional leaders, business stakeholders, data teams, and technical teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through execution
• Lead cross-functional coordination efforts to ensure alignment across business, operations, technology, and AI teams
• Organize and manage project roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
• Facilitate Agile project execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog management, and stakeholder updates
• Translate complex technical or AI-related concepts into simplified business language for executive and non-technical audiences
• Drive AI transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, and innovation
• Monitor project performance, milestones, KPIs, and adoption metrics to ensure successful delivery
• Support change management, communication planning, and organizational readiness for AI-enabled processes
• Ensure effective collaboration between leadership teams, product owners, engineers, data scientists, and business users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting AI, data, digital transformation, or technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI use cases, and enterprise AI transformation initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to organize complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Experience coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Experience supporting AI product development, AI operations, or enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to data analytics, automation, generative AI, or machine learning initiatives
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred
• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong executive communication and change management experience
