They are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst I to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translating program requirements into actionable documentation and ensuring effective delivery. The role involves capturing business needs, developing user stories, and serving as a critical link between business and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in bridging business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendors
- Translate program requirements into clear, actionable documentation that enables efficient and accurate development and delivery
- Capture business needs and facilitate working sessions
- Develop user stories and functional requirements and ensure that the delivery team has what it needs to execute with clarity and confidence
- Serve as a critical connective layer across business and technology, helping to ensure that loyalty program requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and delivery-ready
- Perform other duties, as needed
Requirements:
- Public Trust required (Or higher level clearance)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation programs, preferably within financial services, banking, or credit union environments
- Strong requirements gathering skills, including experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitation workshops, and process discovery sessions
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases
- Experience with Salesforce platforms
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments; experience grooming backlogs, supporting sprint planning, and tracking delivery against requirements
- Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous information from multiple sources into clear, actionable, and delivery-ready documentation
