Senior Software Developer

They are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and implement high-performance analytics algorithms, write clean code, and mentor junior developers while staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable and maintainable analytics algorithms to solve business problems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards
• Work closely with other developers, product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features enhancements
• Define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans
• Write unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free software
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using testing frameworks and tools
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of learning and growth
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continued evolution and improvement of the development process and software architecture
• Shape the future direction of analytics as we move into new markets
