Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deliver, and debug software applications aligned with business requirements
Troubleshoot defects and issues through effective root cause analysis and resolution
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and standards through regular code reviews
Deliver project outputs on time while meeting defined functionality expectations
Identify and implement improvements to engineering processes and standards
Mentor entry and mid level developers to improve skills and productivity
