They are seeking a Senior Technical Presales Engineer & Solution Consultant to work closely with Sales and customers on enterprise automation opportunities, focusing on technical consulting, solution architecture, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with enterprise customers
- Analyze business processes and identify automation and orchestration opportunities
- Design scalable workflow, integration, and solution architectures for complex enterprise environments
- Build and deliver tailored demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts aligned to customer use cases
- Present technical concepts and solution strategies to both business and technical stakeholders
- Partner closely with Sales to support strategic opportunities, RFPs, and customer engagements
- Architect integrations across APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to support customer success and product strategy
- Provide technical guidance to customers, partners, and implementation teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise software consulting
- Experience with workflow automation, BPM platforms, or digital process automation (DPA)
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture
- Experience designing solution architectures for enterprise software environments
- Ability to build technical demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concept applications
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with process automation or low-code platforms, such as: Camunda, Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, Mendix, OutSystems, Bonita, Bizagi, IBM BPM
- Additional experience with: BPMN 2.0 process modeling
- REST APIs and web services
- Enterprise integration patterns
- Distributed or global software teams
