Financial Planning & Analyst Business Partner

Amsive is a performance marketing agency that values collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst Business Partner to join their accounting team, focusing on monitoring budgets and forecasting while driving financial insights and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and other leadership to drive financial insight
• Work with head of FP&A to develop and monitor P&L, report on variances to budget/forecast
• Collaborate with sales leadership and accounting to streamline reporting on sales and commissions
• Communicate financial results for department leadership. Interpret financial results and metrics to business partners and the broader finance organization
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting, including updating monthly financials and performing variance analysis
• Identify and actively support opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and lead initiatives
• Gain a deep understanding of current financial situation through analysis
• Recognize continuous improvement opportunities (financial reporting and analysis) and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Financial/Accounting experience, preferably in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, demonstrating the dedication to take ownership and lead the Change
• Leadership potential, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Communicate business acumen with effective oral and written influence
• Advanced user of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done in an efficient manner, while balancing multiple priorities
• Team player who recognizes the value of working together throughout the organization
