The Midtown Group is a staffing firm providing services to various organizations, including federal government clients. They are seeking a remote IT Business Analyst to support their team in improving project management workflows and evaluating the effectiveness of IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Improve enterprise project management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow) by eliciting requirements with stakeholders and partnering with development teams through implementation
- Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of the way that CIOO delivers IT services. Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Any government experience supporting financial regulatory division at Dept. of Treasury, FDIC or Dept. of Commerce
- Completed Master's degree
- ITIL Certification
- 10+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager handling ServiceNow workflows
