Project Manager

Cardinal Health is a healthcare services and products company, and they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects within the Operations group. This role involves managing complex programs, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines, and supporting network expansion and process standardization.

Responsibilities:

• Manages large and complex programs and projects. Some of them include day to day project management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication management, stakeholder management, etc
• Develops Programs and Projects business cases, project charters, project plans, project templates and procedures
• Actively participates in strategy development and program prioritization
• Mentors and coaches junior and entry level project managers
• Communicates and coordinates cross functionally to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience
• 25% travel based on business/project needs
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
