Location: Charlotte, NC, Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Experienced Scrum Master with SAP knowledge to drive Agile delivery for S4HANA project.
• Responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, ensuring timely sprint execution, and supporting cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices
• Track sprint progress and remove impediments
• Coordinate with SAP teams (SD, MM, FI/CO, S/4HANA)
• Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Maintain Azure DevOps and track deliverables

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master
• Basic SAP knowledge (SD/MM/FI, S/4HANA)
• Scrum certification preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps)
