Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as Scrum Master
• Strong Agile & Scrum methodology experience
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
• SAP functional knowledge in:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM
  • SAP FI/CO
  • SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong stakeholder communication & reporting skills
• Scrum Certification preferred (CSM/PSM)
• Strong problem-solving and delivery management skills

Responsibilities:

• Drive Agile delivery for SAP S/4HANA projects
• Remove blockers and track sprint progress
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders
• Ensure Agile best practices and timely sprint execution
• Manage project reporting and team collaboration
