GRC Archer Developer

Job Summary The GRC Archer Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions using the RSA Archer platform. This role involves configuring and customizing Archer applications, supporting automation initiatives, and integrating systems to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Archer development, business analysis, and system integration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RSA Archer solutions to meet business and compliance requirements Configure and customize out-of-the-box Archer modules, including forms, workflows, calculations, and dashboards Develop and manage integrations using APIs and web services Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solution designs Perform server-side maintenance activities including managing Archer Control Panel, services, and IIS components Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript and jQuery for validations and enhancements Support reporting and dashboard development within the Archer platform Ensure proper access controls, security configurations, and compliance standards are maintained Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing RSA Archer solutions 4+ years of development experience focused on RSA Archer core and applications Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Archer modules, workflows, and reporting components Experience with server-side maintenance including Archer services, Control Panel, and IIS Moderate experience with JavaScript and jQuery for client-side development Experience in Java/JEE development, including RESTful and web services for integration Strong understanding of GRC processes and automation using GRC tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building solution prototypes and data models Ability to rapidly translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience working in cross-functional teams and enterprise environments Education: Bachelors Degree
