Guardz is a Series B software company focused on identity solutions, seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their GTM team. The role involves generating new sales opportunities through extensive cold calling, with the goal of booking meetings and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: you will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day
- Completions & Activations: Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate
- Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls
- Follow up: Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing: Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain clean notes: Log activities and track call outcomes to support team visibility and performance insights (based on training)
Requirements:
- Will not require citizen sponsorship
- Based in the USA or Canada
- 3+ years of cold calling experience required
- Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
