Entegra is seeking a Project Manager for Supply Management Implementation to support the supply chain program implementation process. This role involves coordinating project transitions, managing data analysis, and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support an integrated program change across supply chain and functional areas
- Coordinate the program transition from cross-functional teams, interfacing with segments, data management, distribution and culinary services
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to activation and post-implementation review
- Monitor and report on project implementation progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations for corrective actions
- Manage data collections and analysis on program changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project or program management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using project management tools, as well as Microsoft Suite including Power BI reporting
- Comfortable navigating complex transitions and balancing multiple priorities
