Dancing Numbers is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North American market for their digital transformation and enterprise technology services business. The role focuses on acquiring and growing strategic accounts within the ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Databricks ecosystems, leveraging consultative selling capabilities and an established network of enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across North America for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Databricks-related services and solutions
- Identify, engage, and convert enterprise opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VP Engineering, IT leadership, procurement teams, and business stakeholders
- Leverage existing industry relationships and network to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
- Lead consultative sales discussions around digital transformation, cloud modernization, AI/data initiatives, workflow automation, CRM transformation, and enterprise platform services
- Collaborate with offshore delivery and pre-sales teams to build compelling proposals, solution presentations, RFP responses, and commercial models
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle including prospecting, account planning, negotiations, deal closure, and strategic account management
- Develop strategic partnerships within the ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Databricks partner ecosystem
- Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and expansion plans for the North American region
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and partner ecosystem events
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion, managed services, and cross-selling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- 5–15 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition within IT services or consulting organizations
- Proven experience selling consulting, implementation, managed services, staff augmentation, or digital transformation services in one or more of the following ecosystems: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Databricks
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology transformation initiatives including cloud, AI/data engineering, automation, CRM, and workflow platforms
- Demonstrated track record of generating and closing enterprise deals in the North American market
- Existing relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers across target industries
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams and global engagement models
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across North America as required
- Prior experience working with a global IT services, consulting, or digital engineering organization
- Existing relationships within Fortune 1000 or mid-market enterprise accounts
- Experience working with partner ecosystems including: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Understanding of AI/ML, Data Engineering, CRM modernization, ITSM, workflow automation, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Platform certifications within ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Databricks would be an added advantage
