Business Analyst (Ratio / Liquidity Risk)

VARITE INC provides industry-leading audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to many of the world's most admired brands. They are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and document business requirements related to Ratio and Liquidity Risk reporting and regulatory initiatives, collaborating with business users and technical teams for solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements related to Ratio and Liquidity Risk reporting/regulatory initiatives
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams for solution delivery
• Work on Liquidity Risk frameworks and Basel regulatory requirements
• Support UAT execution, validation, and issue resolution
• Create BRD, FRD, and VRD documents
• Participate in requirement workshops and functional discussions

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Foreign Banking domain
• Strong experience in: Liquidity Risk, Regulatory Ratios, NSFR, LCR
• Hands-on exposure to: UAT, VRD documentation, Requirement analysis
• Foreign Banking experience is mandatory
• Candidate should have BA experience only; reporting profile candidates will not fit
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory and risk management processes
• Ability to work independently in remote setup
