Structurely is a company that builds AI-driven sales engagement platforms. The Sales Engineer will join sales calls, demonstrate the platform, and manage integrations with clients' systems, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Join prospect and client calls to demo the platform, answer technical questions, and architect integration plans
- Build the integration playbook and design system that will allow Structurely to integrate deeply into workflows and tech stacks. You own the SOPs and you own this role
- Design and execute CRM integrations — primarily Salesforce, real estate and mortgage CRMs, HubSpot, Zoho, and custom REST API environments
- Configure lead routing, field mapping, webhook triggers, and automation workflows inside client CRMs
- Build and deliver technical proposals, integration scopes, and implementation timelines
- Troubleshoot live integrations — when something breaks at 2pm on a Tuesday, you're the one who figures out why the leads stopped flowing
- Partner with our engineering team to flag product gaps, request features, and build reusable integration playbooks
- Train client teams on platform setup, CRM configuration, and best practices
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations and common client configurations
