The Field Application Engineer will provide technical solutions to clients, oversee installations, and coordinate industry events while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with comprehensive product feature introductions and combination solutions, ensuring they receive the best options for their needs
- Work closely with clients and team members to achieve project objectives and maintain strong relationships. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and progress through consistent communication channels
- Oversee on-site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and safety
- Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services. Assist the sales team with maintaining and updating showroom displays, ensuring optimal condition. Assist with product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Build a comprehensive knowledge base system and continuously update materials to keep pace with market and technological developments. Organize and conduct training sessions for team members and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of sales and technical support experience in LED displays or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of LED display products and processors
- Extensive customer training experience with the ability to develop and conduct training courses independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technical teams
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Project management and exhibition coordination experience in A/V staging with proficiency in LED products/A/V industry
