Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Consultant to lead CRM transformation for manufacturing clients. The role involves running discovery workshops, redesigning processes, and owning solution architecture across various Salesforce clouds.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM transformation for manufacturing clients (discrete, industrial, auto, high-tech)
- Run discovery workshops, assess legacy CRM landscapes, define Salesforce-centric roadmaps
- Redesign end-to-end processes: Lead-to-Cash, Service, Warranty, Field Service, Partner/Dealer Management
- Own solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Manufacturing Cloud, FSL, CPQ a plus)
- Define data model, security, integrations (ERP – SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Support pre-sales: demos, proposals, RFP defense, ROI analysis
- Drive adoption, governance, and quality assurance across delivery
Requirements:
- 8–12 years total experience
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- 4–6 years in manufacturing
- SI/consulting background with 2–3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
- Certifications: Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Admin
- Deep functional expertise in Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with MTO, MTS, ETO, dealer networks, warranties, installed base
- Strong consulting & stakeholder management skills
- Manufacturing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, CRM Analytics
- Experience with ERP-integrated environments
