Teksky LLC is seeking a Sales Business Development professional to identify and pursue new client opportunities. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, presenting logistics services, and achieving defined KPIs while representing the company at industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new client opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Develop and present our logistics services and solutions (brokerage, managed transportation, warehousing and international) to ideal clients
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through execution
- Meet or exceed defined KPI’s including new customer wins, revenue and margin contribution
- Create and perform analytics / data review to uncover new business opportunities and revenue growth with current and prospective clients
- Accurately forecast new business revenue and report pipeline activity through internal CRM
- Represent the company as a market ambassador at trade shows, industry associations, and networking events
Requirements:
- Hunter mentality capable of building a portfolio from the ground up - a must!
- Demonstrated success building a book of business from zero
- Solution and enterprise sales experience
- Individual capable and willing to learn all aspects of our business while leveraging their expertise and sales acumen to promote all services offered by our Company
- Experience analysing and combining multiple sets of data to reflect business opportunities, needs, and potential outcomes
- Customer-centric approach with a dedication to excellence in customer experience and business performance
- Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with high degree of problem-solving skills and financial acumen
- A positive attitude, flexible and able to work as part of a team
- Background in 3PL or intermodal transportation is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of professional business to business sales experience
