Visory Health is an industry leader in the health technology field, focused on creating healthcare access for retail pharmacies, physicians, and consumers. The QA Lead will manage the QA team and drive high-level testing strategy, process improvements, and quality standards across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the QA team, including assisting with prioritization and allocation of QA resources
- Establish and enforce QA standards, best practices, and expectations across the team
- Work with the development team to develop, publish, and update the project plan
- Track issues found while testing and collaborate with the development team on how to resolve
- Communicate directly with stakeholders on issues found and their impacts to a planned deployment
- Perform high-level, exploratory, and end-to-end testing on complex or critical features
- Validate automation workflows across systems
- Identify testing gaps and quality risks that may not be covered by standard test cases
