Sr Product Designer

eTeam is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work within existing design systems and component libraries. The role involves collaborating with product design, engineering, and design systems teams to manage and refine components, ensuring a unified experience across various design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Working within existing design systems and component libraries
• Supporting the consolidation and reconciliation of multiple component libraries/design systems
• Managing and refining components in Figma
• Aligning existing systems into a more unified experience
• Review multiple existing component libraries
• Identify inconsistencies and overlaps
• Work with stakeholders to determine best path forward
• Help unify visual and component experiences
• Potentially create new components where needed
• Deprecate outdated components/design patterns

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Design Systems experience
• Component library management experience
• Technical design mindset
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally
• Portfolio showcasing: Component systems, Design systems work, Technical product/design collaboration
• Deep understanding of design systems/components
• Working at detailed component-library level
• Coding/design engineering experience
