Seeking a Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system improvement initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Seeking a Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system improvement initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, create user stories, and manage backlog items
- Analyze and improve business and judicial processes
- Collaborate with management, users, and technical teams
- Support testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and end-user training
- Create process documentation, flowcharts, reports, and technical requirements
- Lead small to medium-scale projects and mentor junior analysts
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Business Analyst or data/reporting experience
- Strong SQL knowledge and Agile methodology experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with business process analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of test-driven development and project management preferred
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Administration, Criminology, or related field.
